More ODD dump scenarios for GDPS first time data capture

We would like GDPS/PPRC to take ODD dumps on any unplanned Hyperswap disable and any Hyperswap failure event. I believe GDPS already takes them automatically for any unplanned Hyperswap. For example, we had MONITOR 2 get read device characteristic failures and disable Hyperswap and we were not able to get a statesave on Shark for a long period of time (Alan is aware of this one). We had another event where a swap phase failed due to CC=3 condition with XDR during a planned swap, where having ODDs would be good (Bengt is aware of this one). Bonus points if we have a switch added to GDPS to take full blown Statesaves instead of ODDs for those situations where DASD folks end up wanting additional data.
