Supress Set Fence During Workload Switch

Have the functionality within GDPS/A-A to disable setting of the fence in DB2 (and VSAM, once that becomes available) during planned and unplanned workload switches. The reason for the request is due to a workload that reads data owned by another application (outside of the workload). The data should be defined to the workload, in order for the replication latency to be monitored. However, setting a fence on the data would prevent access by the owning application following a switch of the workload to the secondary site.

After giving the request a comprehensive review, we have determined that we cannot include it as a candidate in an upcoming release because it won?t be pursued within our planning cycle.
