Avoid GDPS Healthcheck SPOF for single rack DASD subsystems

In TS003711052 we encountered an issue where GDPS/PPRC Healthcheck claimed to detect a single point of failure - "all paths share a SPOF on control unit interfaces". This is not a real issue because the DASD is a single rack subsystem and we expect to have more of them as storage capacity density increases.

We cannot ignore the message GEOH073E because it also reports a significant number of other valid reasons for SPOF.

This RFE is to avoid a false-positive SPOF either by providing more granularity within the healthcheck or by allowing us to ignore only a specific type of error, potentially for a specific subsystem's serial #.
