Possibility to specify account names created during MFA Generic TOTP Enrollment

What we've noticed with Generic TOTP is that registration of the account in an authenticator app is based on the issuer (we expected the Realm name to be used), which in our case would result in creation of account “RABO (userid@RABO)” for every sysplex.

Without manual intervention from users*** the app would have this list of accounts for all sysplexes:
RABO (userid@RABO)
RABO (userid@RABO)
RABO (userid@RABO)
RABO (userid@RABO)
RABO (userid@RABO)
Etc.

Note ***
In the Google authenticator app it is possible for the user to customize the (userid@RABO) part. In Microsoft Authenticator it is only possible to change the RABO prefix.

These names can be adapted to the application without affecting its operation. As these account-names are not immutable it would be useful to have flexibility when creating them for user-accounts.
