WARNING message, if the zMFA Administrator activate multiple strong factors that would block authentication of users

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently, it is possible to activate multiple strong zMFA factors for the users (e.g. AZFTOTP1 and AZFCERT1). If more than one of such factors are enabled, the users can't login with In-Band authentication.

zMFA should be enhanced to give the administrator at least a warning message, that there are multiple factors activated for users, if this would be done. Maybe zMFA should then deactivate other factors, but this could maybe block Out-Of-Band policies? So, I think a warning message for the zMFA administrator would be the best choice to prevent such issues.
