Count down to expiration or generation date/time added to token window

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Our out-of-band tokens expire after 4 hours and customers continue to lock themselves out of the system attempting to use expired tokens, not realizing they have expired. Suggesting either having a date/time pasted to the same webpage that the token is generated or preferably a count down until expiration clock added.

Countdown would be a stc setting that customers can turn on and indicate how long a token is valid. It would not be associated with the system anyway, just a count down from the number of hours that an admin sets and can be updated as necessary (we have updated our token expiration time 3 times since implementation).
