Support for SafeNet Authentication Manager as an authentication key for Multi Factor Authentication

Some customers use SafeNet Authentication Manager as an authentication key (opposed to RSA or IBM Touchtoken which are currently supported). These customers use the same authentication key as a corporate standard and cannot use a separate authentication key type for z/OS MFA. This request for enhancement is for supporting the use of SafeNet Authentication Manager (formerly called SafeWord) as the authentication key generator for IBM Mulit Factor Authentication for z/OS
