New NetView service/function to provide WTOR information

* Note: if NetView product is not appropriate for this request, client accepts that it may be considered for SAzOS product instead. NetView (or SAzOS) requires a mechanism to provide a user with WTOR information via API or clist/rexx implementation. AF/OPERATOR provides built-in functions REPID and REPINFO to do this today, and client requests similar functionality in NetView (or SAzOS). Customer suggests that those services could be used as models for whatever new netview(or SA) service is provided to accomodate this request. Requested functions/capabilities: A. Regardless of the method used to invoke this facility, it must be able to provide the following information (in any order): 1. Numeric reply ID of the WTOR. 2. Jobname of the WTOR. 3. Job type/job number of the WTOR (with concessions for SUB=MSTR tasks). 4. System name of the WTOR.5. Message text of the WTOR. 6. Date/time the WTOR was issued. 7. ASID of the WTOR's issuer. B. The output format of the new service/function should be pipeable. Customer cites SA command INGDATA as a model for suggested output format. C. Additionally, the input criteria to this facility should support: 1. No input = returns all WTOR data. 2. Jobname = returns all WTORs for that jobname. 3. Jobnumber = returns all WTORs matching that job number. 4. ASID = returns all WTORs matching that ASID. 5. Sysname = returns all WTORs on that system. 6. Msgid = returns all WTORs matching that msgid. Such a new service would 'modernize' netview in this area, as today the client has to perform a mvs command D R,R to look up WTOR information from the system, and even doing so, not all fields requested in section (A) are provided.
