Add Keyspec MTYPE To CNMECZFS Command And To CANZLOG Panel

Enhancement to to the CNMECZFS command and to the CANZLOG panel (CNMKCZLG) to permit filtering on the MTYPE/HDRMTYPE field.

The Mtype is one of the fields noted in BR LOG, yet there is currently no way to filter on Mtype in either command CNMECZFS or panel CNMKCZLG.

Would like to be able to filter on MTYPE, such as:
CNMECZFS CZSET FROM ... MTYPE=(',-,*)

The above example would filter on HDRMTYPEs of:
1. single-quote,
2. dash,
3. asterisk.

Note that the MTYPE keyspec ideally should allow comma-delimited values, similar to the TAG keyspec of the same command.

And the panel should have a new field for MTYPE.
