Introduce Python into NetView Scripting

REXX is very easy; we all know how to code it and it is easy to learn for the newbies. Still, all the youngsters seem to know coding with Python. Python provides a readily available toolbox, which will help the new joiners to be productive quickly. We are using REXX's in the following areas and would like to have the same functionality provided for/with the Python: - AT entries, including ACQUIRE. - PIPE to manipulate the data, communicate with MVS and NetView. We have no intention to convert our existing REXX's or definitions but if we can let our young people to develop the new code with Python, it will increase productivity. The reason that this must be delivered yesterday is REST API's. NetView, SA and GDPS has REST API's that we are intended to use. Also, SMU... But, if we have Python now, we will skip these and go directly to Python, and this will remove the duplication of work. I do not want to go to the REST API / SMU first and then receive the Python functionality.
