SAF data set access check for target task's user profile to consider access of user profile for the task from which the command originated.

When using EXCMD to route a dataset update through an autotask, we have noticed that the access used is the access of the autotask itself, rather than the orignating user. This means that a user could maliciously update datasets just by routing through an autotask, which is a security hole. IBM said about this:

''The SAF data set access check for the target task's user profile is being done by DFSMS and knows nothing of the user profile for the task from which the command originated (where EXCMD was entered). NetView currently does not have a way to pass along that information.''

I believe that Netview should be updated to have this ability so that the orignating users access can be checked.

does the same 'loophole' exist for RMTCMD? If so, that should be closed down as well as EXCMD
