Extend CZFORMAT to include most fields available in the CANZLOG filter

This would be beneficial when using filtering with CANZLOG, exposing a filtered field for quick analysis. Similar to the available fields, Date, Time, Source, MType, Origin, both the DEFAULTS and OVERRIDE command would accept the eligible, desired field name (or PARMSYN) for display. Some examples:

Ineligible fields would include the free-form TEXT fields.

An "up to" field count limit would be reasonable to prevent the actual log contents from being "pushed off" the screen.
