NetView : Allow site-customizable default CANZLOG filters for CNMKCZLG panel

Provide the capability for sites to cusomize the default filters of the Z Netview CANZLOG panel CNMKCZLG.

 

The NetView command CANZLOG panel CNMKCZLG provides default filters of:

To:  [current date & time]
For: 1D 0H 0M

 

If the user wants recent data, they have to back out and reenter with a new "To:" value or manually manipulate the fields upon every entry to the panel.

 

For most use cases, a default filter of only "From: TODAY" would be expected, as hitting DOWN, ENTER or some other REFRESH command adds new data in just about every other like dialog in z systems that display running logs (SDSF log/sysout, NV netlog/blog, etc.).  The hard stop at the exact time the user entered the panel is surprising behavior.

 

The local site should be able to provide whatever values they require as the default values for CANZLOG/CNMKCZLG, as a Stylesheet parm or a new DSIPARM member.
