Add DB2SEC option to LIST SECOPTS

We are now using the PIPE SQL stage to maintain data within DB2. To use this there is an option of 2 DB2 Security settings: RRS or CAF. We are required to regularly display and validate that security options are set as expected, but there is no option to display the DB2SEC option in effect so we are unable to confirm which option is in effect.

Please provide a LIST function to display the current DB2SEC security value. This could be a new LIST function, or maybe integrated into the existing LIST SECOPTS with a new DB2SEC line
