ZOA helper scripts support through NetView when SDSF is unavailable

As a shop not running SDSF we still need the job interaction and MVSOPER utilities of ZOA.

This can be achieved by adding logic to the Helper scripts that interact with SDSF for issuing commands and interacting with jobs, and if SDSF is unavailable routing through other pipelines such as NetView/SA or leverage the IDZ Job Monitor which should be available as ZOA ships with IDZ.

    Hi,

    Thank you again for your submission of this RFE. After some investigation, we've identified that we will be able to provide the same capabilities without a dependency on SDSF. This will require a re-implementation of several lower-level functions. We have identified and scoped the work and plan to provide this enhancement in a future release once we've developed and fully tested the re-implementation.
