Usability enhancements to jls

1)

Prevent using jls or jls '/*' or ask to confirm as it will try to list all spool jobs (I had to cancel).

Feasible to timeout if it takes too long (what is too long)?

To prevent looking at all jobs, maybe an environment variable (as much as we don’t want to add any more) to try to mitigate the issues.

2)

jls command should default to the logged in user (whoami) or if using an environment variable to control jls without a parameter.

Easier than having to include a parameter string and its syntax.

jls "/`hlq`"

jls "/$(hlq)"
