Add shell interface for TSO XMIT and RECEIVE

Occasionally, I find myself needing to "transmit" and "recieve" data sets using the TSO XMIT/RECEIVE commands. I do most of my work from the z/OS UNIX shell and I usually end up using the 'tsocmd' and 'mvscmdauth' commands below to do this.

tsocmd "XMIT SYSTEM.USER DSNAME('SOME.DATASET')"

mvscmdauth --pgm=IKJEFT01 --systsprt=stdout --systsin=stdin <<zz
RECEIVE
DA('USER.RECEIVE.DATASET')
zz

mvscmdauth --pgm=IKJEFT01 --systsprt=stdout --systsin=stdin <<zz
RECEIVE INDSN('USER.XMIT.DATASET')
DA('USER.RECEIVE.DATASET')
zz

Not only is it clunky to use TSO commands to begin with, but for RECEIVE I need to split the command on two different lines requiring me to use 'mvscmdauth' to run this under IKJEFT01.

Transmitting and receiving data sets would be much more straightforward if their was a shell interface for XMIT and RECEIVE. Having something similar to the examples below would go a long way towards simplifying this task. Maybe the 'receive' command should require the user to respond to prompts since they may need to receive multiple data sets.

$ xmit SYSTEM USER SOME.DATASET

$ receive USER.DATASET

$ receive --indsn USER.XMIT.DATASET USER.DATASET

$ receive --infile file.xmit USER.DATASET
