This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

currently for downloading orders from Shopz you have 2 options:
1/ download directly to host
- for this look for the job files on the Download page. In case of a ServerPac (zOSMF) it is 'server.xml', in case of a CBPDO it is 'RFNJOB'
2/ download to your PC
- for this you need to use Download Director, but it requires Java to be installed on your PC
- there's a workaround for this, if you're not able to use Download Director: open any of above mentioned job files. In the file look for section <SERVER>. This section contains 'host', 'user' and 'pw'. Open the host in a browser, then log in with the user and pw. You will see content of your order. What you'll see is unique to your order. You can download items by clicking on them. Alternatively an FTP client would work too.
At the moment these are the only ways for downloading orders from Shopz.
This item is unlikely to be given high enough priority to be placed into the product plan
I hope you'll be able to use the workaround I've suggested.
Thank You

In the past we've intended to add additional way of download to PC, but it did not go through. We can try raising this idea again, but unfortunately it won't happen in the near future, so I cannot promise anything.
I hope you'll be able to use the workaround I've suggested.
Thank You
