Update the IBM Explorer for z/OS document

During the installation of IBM Explorer for z/OS, while I was setting up encrypted communication, the manual asks to create a separated configuration for testing. One of the steps is to customize a second instance of RSE daemon, then add a job card and assign it the same user as the normal proc.

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/explorer-for-zos/3.2?topic=authentication-activate-encryption-by-creating-new-rse-daemon

Later, when testing the connection it requests a submission of the just created daemon. Although it seemed obvious, I figured out to submit the job on behalf of the RSE user, there should have a profile on surrogat class and whoever is going to submit must have read to this profile. This isn't described in the manual and I suggest it to be added for everyone's knowledge.
