z/OS Explorer - add HTTP as communication protocol

The TCP/IP manual states that using JESINTERFACELEVEL=2 without using SAF protection, results in an exposure. This has been confirmed in reply to service request 43976 379 000.
z/OS Explorer demands JESINTERFACELEVEL=2 in order to allow access to SDSF.
Many customers do not use SAF to protect SDSF resources, because it is a lot of work to implement, no matter what security product is used.

This RFE is to add HTTP as an additional connection method to z/OS Explorer and CICS Explorer, to avoid the security exposure caused by JESINTERFACELEVEL=2.
