RFE IDz Remote Systems View should be able to sort datasets alphabetical by dataset name only and not by type-based order like when listing a mix of non-migrated and migrated (DFSMShsm HMIGRATE) datasets.

This is currently by design.

No doubt, if we were to change the sort order, this would result in complaints from customers who are used to the type-based order we currently use. If you need needs to control how data sets are sorted, you could always use
As a woraround, use "Show in Table" and then sort on columns.

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. However, this feature of sorting the dataset is already available in our product. You can look at the following steps to enable the feature:

    Preferences->Remote Systems->z/OS->MVS Files

    In there ???Sort Order for data sets' by name can be selected
