Prevent $HASP708 with new security checks

I want to ask you for implementation of a new security check (for example SDSF as Klaus goetze has explained within the pmr) in order to examine Access permission to JES spool files BEFORE JES2 security check.
This "pre-validation" should prevent $HASP708 for each spool file (DDNAME). Another cause is the fact $HASP708 is showing the Job (JMON-STC) and not the accessing user in this message - this is very missleading for us.
