Improve startup time for IBM Explorer

When we start IBM Explorer, it will read and load more than 3,000 small files, mostly from the PLUGIN directory. These are small JAR files and parameter files. Reading all these small files from the network results in long startup times. Even if these small files are on a local disk, it will take time.
My RFE:
After the developers have delivered their (small) JAR files and parameter files, use a packaging process to combine the many small JAR files into a small number of larger JAR files. And do the same for small parameter files. This will greatly reduce startup time for IBM Explorer.

However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future.
