Enhance the 'DISPLAY OWNER' command to show all locks for a PDS[E]

In an Explorer for z/OS client using the 'show in table' option for a PDS and looking at the Lock owner column can tell you who is locking which members.

When you open a dataset in Explorer for z/OS it is actually the RSED daemon which takes the lock, so a 'D GRS' command will display for example RSED3 as having a shared lock.

The Host configuration guide describes how the following operator command can be used to show which z/OS Explorer users have locks on datasets/PDS's:
F RSED,APPL=DISPLAY OWNER,DSN=[DSN]

However, the lock and associated user is only shown when you specify the exact member on which there is a lock.

What the operator command reports:
F RSED,APPL=DISPLAY OWNER,DSN=TEST.PDS.DATA
FEK218I TEST.PDS.DATA is not locked

F RSED,APPL=DISPLAY OWNER,DSN=TEST.PDS.DATA(TEST1)
FEK217I TEST.PDS.DATA(TEST1) is locked by x

Thus for automation you would have to check every member of a PDS to known all users who have locks and the members on which they have locks.
This does not scale very well, and is slow.

Is it possible to enhance the operator command to always show all locks for a PDS[E] with the user and member for every lock?

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
