Enhance z/os Explorer and IDz JMON so that idle connections with no timeout are cleaned up

The JESMiner is not able to handle the case when the JMON TIMEOUT function is disabled (TIMEOUT = 0).
In this situation, FEJJCNFG shows JMON's timeout is disabled withTIMEOUT=0. Because of this JMON will not kill idle threads.
The JES miner is responsible for reporting to JMON when a session ends by sending a message.
If the session is not ended, RSE must reuse the existing socket.
For every JMON command call in JESMiner, a socket connection is received from the connection pool and is restored to the pool after executing the JMON command.
This does not seem to be occurring. Instead the connections are multpilying.
It will clean up the connection pool if it detects the JMON connection is shutdown.
This is a request to enhance JMON so that it handles the connections set without a timeout similar to those with a timeout.
