Generated MRT is unexpectedly modified when making an update via AO.

When there is a Generated MRT and AT, if later, a change is made to the AT via AO (AT override) the MRT unexpectedly changes preventing the message deom being trapped on in the MRT.

Similar changes when managing the MRT/AT will notify the user that the changes will affect the MRT/AT. However in this case there is no notification or indication of the improper, and unnecessary, modification to the MRT.

Two outcomes are desired from this RFE:
1) Don't modify the existing MRT if AO is used to modify the AT.

2) Provide a notification/warning to the user of the affects of using AO when a generated AT already is in use as is done in other parts of managing the MRT/AT.
