Provide sample members for user command exits to execute parallel to existing command exits.

I have found during testing of command exits that offloading some of the work to a local autotask executing a local exec greatly improves customer/operator experience. To closely relate the IBM default exit with the local exec executing in parallel, I would like to propose a naming convention similar to "AOFEXUxx", complimenting the IBM provided convention "AOFEXCxx". For example, the "INGSET" command exit "AOFEXC06" would have a complimentary local exec named "AOFEXU06" that contains the work that could be done "externally" by an autotask.

    The user Exit could be added within the AOFFEXC056 exit
