Automation Status file cleaning tool

The ASF file is used to store events reported as errors. They are used to set the threshold values for various automation processes. Thresholds are specified as number of occurences in time windows and the largest is 24 hours.  So events older than 24h are no more considered and are useless.

There is no tool at this time to clear events that occured more than this largest window. It leads to keep many records in the ASF ( some times many years ago) that are no more needs. They fill the ASF for nothing. We can use the "ASF REQ=REPL ERRORDT='' THRESHLD='' ID=xxxx" to clear the errors for a specific application or minor resource but there is no facility for all the entries0 

Could IBM provide a command that will clear these errors information? A default value like 30days can be used to specify that the errors older than this value will be removed. It could be a command keyword.

    Hi

    This problem of unused and old error entries is particulary visible when minor resources are defined for thresholds like IMS or CICS transactions or others
