The ASM shortage recovery must not depend on sysplex automation

In certain cases, the sysplex automation is turned off when some systems in a physical sysplex (not only SAplex) can't answer to commands sent at the SA initialization. It is visible when the common global variable AOF.0ROUTEFAILED si set to 'Y'. 

The problem is that a fonction like the recovery of ASM shortage condition could not be executed despite it is purely a system event that should not be linked with the sysplex automation.

We got this problem and when we received the IRA200E error message, we got also the following message:

AOF899I Sysplex automation function INGRX742 disabled.

 

So this idea is a request to remove the dependency between the PAGE automation and the SYSPLEX automation.
