Gateways (DISPGW) to show correct status when inbound sessions are not connected

We recently created a new LPAR.  We defined a gateway definition to the LPAR hosting the TWS controller, but missed defining a gateway definition the other way.  

DISPGW on the new LPAR showed the status of the gateway to the TWS system as active. The status of the inbound and outbound NetView sessions showed as  both active.  

DISPGW on LPAR hosting the TWS controller showed no gateway definition to the new LPAR.

The DISPGW status on the new LPAR is misleading and showed have highlighted the missing gateway definition.
