SA-internal command HSAET32 should generate a meaningful error message in the event of a problem.

If an SA/NetView is restarted, all HSAET32 are rebuilt and this is logged with ON in netlog. Sometimes this doesn't work and the checker returns a "HSAET32 status ended, RC=1007". so what's the problem? In our case we have some trouble with the NetView AUTHWxxx and the SA HWOPERxx. So the HSAET32 runs into trouble and failed. Here it would be very helpful to check the necessary applications and write a corresponding message in the netlog. Possible: Not enough AUTHWxxx / HWOPERxx "AUTHWxxx available Result: User can check this invention and can use the older ACF here.
