Disable SA system shutdown automation

When a system is closed, SA automation jumps in on autotask AUTSHUT. This uses PHASE1,2 and 3 customisation, but doesn't allow the functionality to be turned off. We have our own system shutdown processing, and had and shutdown issue, then found the SA shutdown jumped in and V XCFd the system, meaning we were unable to investigate and complete a system clean close.

There is no documentation on what the final stages of the shutdown processing does, and no way to override its features, i.e. how long it allows OMVS to close. Due to this I want to be able to fully disable this SA feature.
