Supporting Larger Screen Sizes / Logmodes for NetView / System Automation Panels e.g. INGLIST

Hello NetView / SA Team, currently we are migrating from IBM AF/Operator to NetView SA at our side. And during this migration more and more inquiries are arriving that NetView only displays 62 rows at the most panels (e. g. INGLIST, DISPINFO, and so on). For example at the NCCF the whole display is used and also other products are using the available rows more efficient. We are only aware of the problem with NetView that the display is cut off with a certain number of lines. ==> /* the max supported panel size is 62 rows @L2C*/
