Move module INGTXFPG to SINGMOD2

Hi SA development,
Please move the new INGTXFPG module that comes in SA v3.4 to SINGMOD2 library as default.
Since the SINGMOD2 library must be in the LINKLIST as documented in the SA manual.
Including the new module INGTXFPG in the SINGMOD2 will ensure the INGTXFPG is automatically
Included in the linklist and users could save an additional step manually moving the module themselves.

SA is an automation product so try to implement the process automatically without manual interventions
and remove the human error out of the equation as much as possible.
So forgetful users would not encounter the message below if they forget to manually
move the module to the linklist themselves.

IRX0901E REXX INITIALIZATION FAILED WITH RETURN CODE 20 AND REASON CODE 21. MOD
ULE INGTXFPG COULD NOT BE LOADED.
ISPI025 TSO routine IRXINIT severe error - REXX environment
could not be initialized.

    From our experiences, the INGTXFPG module is by default in the SINGMOD1 library that is also in the linklist concatenation as recommanded by IBM. Where is your INGTXFPG module today ? what are your linklist definitions for System automation on your system ?
