JES2 shutdown updated to handle TCP/IP network servers

Currently, network servers are explicitly ignored during SA's JES2 shutdown and DRAINJES processing. This means customers have to code their own shutdown policy definitions.

New entries should be made available for this in the Customization Dialogs (JES2 DRAIN Specifications) for Initial drain and Force drain.

    Hi - A list of the network servers we would want to stop would be fine.

    Hello Stephen,
    ...just got your RFE - thank you for submitting!
    You say, that new entries should be made available in the Dialog for Initial and Force drain.
    What do you have in mind to put into these new fields? Is it a kind of free format field, where you can enter any kind of command e.g. the shutdown command for a network server? Because you have more than one network servers, do you think about a list of those new fields? Please let me know your thoughts.
