The limit of AUTH TOKEN (panel AOFGCPDO in SA Dialog) should be extended to 16 characters

We are implementing System Automation for z/OS under scope of GDPS/PPRC implementation project. In order to support BCPII we should to set AUTH TOKEN on panel AOFGCPDO in SA Customization Dialog. This field has 8 chars limit. This limitation is hystorical, and was required for old HW. But for modern HW AUTH TOKEN should be equal to SNMP Community Name, defined on zServer SE. And this name has limitation for 16 chars. In our case customer had already defined name COMMBCPII - 9 Chars, and we couldn't use it in SA definition. The limit of AUTH TOKEN should be extended to 16 characters
