Add Modified user & timestamp to ACF members

It would be useful to have the modified details in the ACF members. We quite often scan the ACF members for details as it easier than using the PDB. Seeing the data the entry was modified can be useful for ruling out the member when we are investigating why something has broken as it may not have been changed for months.

This information is stored in the PDB and can be seen using the QUERYSTAT function, so it should be easy to add to the ACF members.
