Improve how TSA sees attended autotasks in Netview

For the commands listed below, TSA should treat autotasks started with *MASTER* and *INTERN* the same way it does with the ones started with *ANY* (attended autotask) Meaning that the default value for the VERIFY parameter should be WTOR.

By not sending a confirmation WTOR, the autotask risks to stay blocked, preventing incoming commands from being executed as well as having a growth in the message queue area.
