LDAP group-based role assignments for zSCC

Currently, zSCC supports role assignments at the individual user level only; LDAP group-based role assignments are not supported. This leads to additional administrative burden as access management cannot be centralized. It would be desirable to support LDAP groups in zSCC.

Common corporate policies require that access and authorization permissions can be revoked quickly. This can only be done quickly and completely by central IAM processes and centralized tools when using suitable methods (memberships at RACF oder LDAP groups).

As well as administrative burden, there are regulatory requirements for group-based role assignments.
