Allow zSCC to be run on x86-64 Linux or lower the minimum hardware requirements?

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The Z hardware requirements of zSCC are very high - 6 zIIPs or 6 IFLs and a minimum of 88 GB ram and 3.1 TB storage.

It would be great it we could deploy zSCC on our pre-existing x86-64 hardware, where we have significant  CPU / Memory / Disk available.

We are exploring different deployment options. A full deployment on x86 currently is not something we are looking at. Perhaps in the future but not within the next 24 months.
