Increase limit of directories in CKFREEZE for USS resulting in CKR1718

We are growing in USS and writing more and more logs, especially from WebSphere we reached a limit within CKFREEZE to hold and store the required data for USS directories.

In a dedicated path for logs we already have 1.2mio directories (and growing) however when using the CKFREEZE file message CKR1718 is issued: "The indicated directory appeared to have more directory entries than the supported directory array size allowed (currently more than a million). The rest of the file system dump is skipped."

To overcome this situation, the CKFREEZE file must be able to store more of directory and file data.
