Display x.509 Enhanced Key Usage field. When troubleshooting digital certificate problems knowing the status of this field is critical

The Enhanced Key Usage field displays whehter the digital certificate was defined to have either server and/or client value.  When performing certain TLS connections the errors are very confusing.  The first thing we check is to see how this field is defined in the digital certifdcate because it affects the TLS handshake.  Today the only way to do this is either look in Venafi OR download the cert to a PC and look at it there.  This makes the troubleshooting process MUCH more laborious.  It should be a simple programming task to parse this field.

Details on where to find this field in the X.509 standard:
the field is "Enhanced Key Usage", and server certs have value:  Server Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.1)
and client certs have value: Client Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.2)

ASN.1 coding for the field appears to be (for Server):

986   19:         SEQUENCE {
 988    3:           OBJECT IDENTIFIER extKeyUsage (2 5 29 37)
 993   12:           OCTET STRING 30 0A 06 08 2B 06 01 05 05 07 03 01
         :           }

a Client/Server cert appears to be:

 997   29:         SEQUENCE {
 999    3:           OBJECT IDENTIFIER extKeyUsage (2 5 29 37)
1004   22:           OCTET STRING
         :             30 14 06 08 2B 06 01 05 05 07 03 01 06 08 2B 06
         :             01 05 05 07 03 02
         :           }
