zSecure - Accessing Remote files via CKNSERVE must support DSNPREF

With the recent zSecure 3.1.0 September release availability support for Access Monitor files from Remote Systems via CKNSERVE is available. That function is well appreciated, however it only supports remote files that are fully specified. This function lacks the support for DSNPREF.
As we generate daily access monitor files and only consolidate them to monthly files on the 1st of the next month, it is very unpractical to update the full dataset list manually from all remote
system (daily). This is just very cumbersome and error prone work. Hence, allocation functions must behave the same regardless if on a local system or via CKNSERVE. As different allocation behaviors for local and remote (via CKNSERVE) access is confusing and not streamlined/user friendly.
