Record Program activity in Access Monitor

When trying to lockdown who can execute a program via the program class, or when you are trying to establish a WHEN PROGRAM on a dataset permission it would be helpful if that information was stored in Access Monitor.

    The exit mechanism added by zSecure supports calling both your user router exit and our router exit. Since we are looking only at the class PROGRAM and that is not being changed by your exit, the order in which the exits are called does not change things. The changed class name will be picked up by the RACHECK and RACDEF exits.

    ICHRTX00 exit overhead can be considerable (purely the overhead of z/OS calling it - if you already have that then there is little additional delta). Next we have the work C2PACMON does, and that depends on the CapturePrograms suboption. The more you request to be processed, the higher the overhead.
