The zSecure RA.U COPY function does not copy the MFA fields

When using the RA.U option in zSecure you have 2 functions that could recreate a User ID. "R" for Rebuild/Recreate and "C" for Copy. Originally neither function rebuilt/copied the MFA fields, but with TS016298368 a fix was produced to have the rebuild function handle the MFA fields. However, to COPY function does not handle the MFA fields, resulting in an incomplete copy of the User ID. The COPY function should be modified to make a complete functional copy of the User ID.

Copying a user's credentials to a different user ID does not generally make sense. If you really want that, recreate can be exploited.
