combine the REVOKED and REVOKE_INACTIVE fields in one field, for friendly report composition

End-user reports may want to show when a user is unable to logon, as a flag in a report of all users. Currently, those reports have to include 2 fields, REVOKE and REVOKE_INACTIVE, or ignore the difference between those 2 states and print a defined flag.

In the former case, zSecure would show blank (not revoked), R (revoked), I (pending revoke) or RI (inactive, but tried to logon). The 3 alternatives for revoke make the report more complex than it should be.

VANGUARD would show this information in 1 field (STATUS) with 3 possible values: blank (the user is active), REVOKED (actually revoked), R-INACT (not yet revoked, but will be when they try to logon). A good zSecure name to match this capability would be REVOKE_STATUS.

If ZSECURE-I-613 was available, we could use this to print the three-value field, no extra field needed:

    conversion inacText,
    missing('R-INACT'),
    where revoke_inactive and not(revoked)

    and to use it

    define status('Status',str$blank('REVOKED'),7) where revoked

    sortlist profile(8) status(conv(inacText))
