zSecure - Improve Command generation to delete a contained user

Currently zSecure Panels (when deleting a Userid) offers only the option:

1. Delete userid and override containment protection (Y/N; blank=N)

Hence, if the user is contained one can enter Y to let zSecure generate the delete command anyway. However, that is not intended always as this leads to 'orphaned' entries on the overall CONTAIN list but if not set then zSecure fails with:

CKR3386 12 Delete userid <userid> group <group> as requested - but CONTAINED - output DELUSER

This request is to extend the capabilities and align with the function zSecure has implemented as well for other areas. For example if a user deletion is triggered, zSecure generates the command to delete Dataset Profiles, removes the user from ACL and so on. So the request is that zSecure shall generated besides all that potential additional delete commands as well the 'ALU <user> NOCONTAIN' before the 'DELUSER <user>' to avoid command failure and cleanup the overall CONTAIN list.
