Support Applicationgroups in LTP

Description:It should be possible to add or delete complete application groups in the LTP. We need the same support for application groups in LTP as in CP (Add Group / Delete Group)

Use case:Currently I can only add or delete a single occurrence into the LTP. And when deleting it can happen that I first have to remove the occurrence from the application group before finally deleting the occurrence from the LTP. With support for adding / deleting applications group from LTP all applications of a group could be managed with one command.
