Need CDPz integration to support TWSplex with standby controller

Dear support,

 

We Morgan Stanley mainframe team would like to adopt CDPz integration to collect real-time messages to analyze. In our environment we installed TWS as plex with both primary controller and standby controller.

Currently we enabled CDP integration to generate messages to EQQCDPx files but not yet exported the messages to CDPz for further usage. We came across an issue that sometimes after IWSz controller got recycles the EQQCDPx files was empty but the message which should have been written to EQQCDPx files were counted and we could see EQQZ299I message was issued to EQQMLOG of the controller when the configured limit was reached. 

We opened PMR to L2 for investigation but L2 mentioned CPD integration did not support TWSplex configuration which had standby controller setup. So we opened this RFE suggested by L2 and IWS advocate of Morgan Stanley to make CDP integration support TWSplex configuration because we believe most of the IWSz users nowadays should have adopted the TWSz in HA manner. 

We have another RFE (Real-time audit record in CDP files | Cloud Management and AIOps (ibm.com) -https://automation-management.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/WAO-I-370) opened to pursue better support. Maybe you can link them together. Please help consider this as priority when you develop IWSz in next phase. Thank you very much.
