Restore the CP at the moment just before an human error

It happened that by mistake an operator made a massive action on the CP (he completed all the application with status=W/S/E). In this case the RERUN of the erronuosly completed applications was not the solution because the previous batch complete action resolved all the dependencies e they weren't restored back with the RERUN. This was a really big problem because the error corrupted thousands of applications and we spent a lot of time to repair the plan manually.

Then we thought that a new fuction should be really helpful to "UNDO" the issue caused by an human error:

  1. Restart with the CP at moment of the last CP EXTEND (NCP);

  2. Apply all the events occurred since the last CPEXTEND to date/time or a specific event (just a moment before the human error)
